All products on Varelux are made to order. This means we start producing your item only after you place an order — helping us ensure top-notch quality with every piece you receive.
Production Partners & Shipping Locations
While many of our products are printed and shipped from the United States, we also collaborate with trusted global production partners. Every partner we work with adheres to strict quality control and ethical manufacturing standards.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders using reliable carriers such as USPS and FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Your garment will be manufactured and prepared for shipping within 1 – 2 days of purchase (on business days).

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (Pacific Standard Time), excluding U.S. public holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Delivery Time

United States: 6 – 12 business days

International: 7 – 15 business days

The above delivery timeframes are estimated and apply mostly to U.S. standard shipping. Actual delivery times may vary by location and item.

While most orders are shipped within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Holiday shipping: During U.S. and international holidays or peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended.

International shipping: Customs clearance can cause additional delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processes and appreciate your understanding.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can also log in to your account on our website to view live updates on your order’s status.

Some items may ship in separate packages. In these cases, you will receive multiple confirmation emails with individual tracking numbers.
Please allow 4–6 business days for carriers (like USPS or FedEx) to update your tracking information. If you don’t see updates immediately, rest assured — your package is on the way.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order:

If any part of the address is incorrect or incomplete, we may need to contact you for corrections — this could delay your delivery.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender due to incorrect information. Returned items will be donated and not reshipped.

If you contact the shipping carrier to change or redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
