At Varelux, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are proud to maintain a 99.5% satisfaction rate thanks to our skilled team of over 100 dedicated craftspeople and innovative production processes. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.
✅ 30-Day Return & Replacement Guarantee
If there’s a problem with your order, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if it falls into one of the following cases:

You received a defective, damaged, or non-functional item.

The item you received is different from what was described or does not match your customization details.

You received an incorrect size or style.
-
Your order is missing items.
🚫 What’s Not Covered Under Our 30-Day Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Your request was made more than 30 days after delivery.

You provided incorrect order information, such as the wrong size, address, or customization details.

The item was damaged due to misuse, poor handling, or improper care.

The item has been worn, washed, used, or is soiled, unless the damage was due to a manufacturing issue.

You changed your mind or are unhappy with the style or fit.

The item was purchased during a final sale or promotional event — such orders are non-refundable.
❌ Order Cancellations
Our products are made-to-order and often personalized. As such:

A $20 customization fee per item is included in your purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and reason. If your order has not yet entered production, we will cancel it without charge.

If your order has entered production, a $20 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.
💳 Refunds
If your return or cancellation is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable customization, restocking, or shipping fees (unless the issue was due to our error).
